Shipping Policy

  • How can I track my order?
    Please email us if you need tracking information. We ship Fedex Ground only unless otherwise discussed with our sales team. 
     
  • When will I receive my order? 
    We usually process the orders within 3-5 business days. Depending on your location - shipping Ground may take between 5-7 business days for transit upon processing.

  • How do I cancel/change and order?? 
    If you need to cancel/change an order please call us at 516-692-5472. Leave a message if you call after business hours. To cancel an order we need your order number and last name. We will make every attempt to cancel/change your order if it has not already been shipped. We will place it on hold, then call you to confirm your cancellation.

  • What is your Return Policy? 
    If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 48 hours from the date of purchase. A refund to the original payment method and will be issued once product has been returned and received. Tantowel is not respondsible for shipping/delivery charges for returned/exchanged products.

  • What are my payment options? 
    For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also opt for COD which is an extra $11.00 charged by Fedex for the service plus shipping charges. 

  • How do you calculate shipping charges? 
    Shipping charges vary by weight and destination and are calculated through Fedex Ship Manager. 

  • What are my shipping options? 
    We ship via FedEx Ground.

    Disclaimer: Once orders have left our facility, whats hot is no longer responsible for packages. Any disputes (unreceived packages, damaged goods, etc.) or claims must be filed by the ordering customer through Shipping carrier directly. 

  • Do you charge sales tax? 
    No we do charge sales tax. 
  • Do you ship orders to Canada? 
    Yes, we do ship to Canada.

    Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. whats hot! inc. is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of customs fees or taxes.

  • What if I need to correct my address after my order has been placed? 
    Please contact us immediately with any address corrections. Most orders are shipped same day and incorrect information will delay receipt of package. Customer billing and shipping addresses are entered as is. whats hot! inc. cannot be held accountable for an incorrect address of delivery. Ordering customer is responsible for any and all additional delivery interceptions or exceptions that require an additional charge for re-routing.
